Op Ed by Chestnut Housing Yesterday LNP|LancasterOnline published “Homelessness is a predictable result of scarce affordable housing,” an opinion piece by Chestnut Housing’s Executive Director Chad Martin. The article cites two key studies from across the U.S. that demonstrate a close link between high housing costs and rates of homelessness.
