46 Apartments and Homes

Two and a half years ago the Chestnut Housing board of directors first gave voice to an audacious goal — what if we could create or preserve 100 homes in five years?!

It sounded like a lot. At the time we were operating 12 apartments and homes. But we were spurred on by a clear and present need in our community for more affordable housing options, and guided by a fundamental belief that we are called to do more — maybe more than we thought we were capable of — to help meet this need.
