City Transforms Milburn Park

It used to be a person could drive down Rockland or South Lime Streets in Lancaster and hardly know a park was nestled between them. But beginning a couple years ago, the City of Lancaster began transforming Milburn Park. Improvements will be done this fall, with a welcoming new park entrance added from Rockland Street next door to Chestnut Housing’s Milburn Apartments development.
