Predevelopment and planning work on Milburn Apartments, Chestnut Housing’s eight apartment redevelopment on Rockland Street in the City of Lancaster, has continued throughout the summer. We are making steady progress toward our goal to begin construction this fall!

Last week we reached another important milestone when the city’s Historical Commission voted unanimously to recommend our plans for demolition and construction of the project.
